Yes! We have plenty of parking for the event, which is free all weekend.

Due to the extreme weather it is at the owners discretion whether you bring the dog to the show or not. No refund will be issued if you are unable to able to attend.

Yes, you are able to purchase a ticket on the day at the gate.

A State Pensioner, Disabled, or Student with ID on gate.

Yes – As you enter The Designated Car Park, please ensure you have your council issued disabled badge visible on the windscreen and you will be directed to the disabled car park.

Carer tickets no longer need to be arranged in advance. All visiting guests, except for the carer, must purchase an entry ticket.
This means that One carer can enter The Great Eccleston Show when accompanying a guest who requires their support for free on the day of the show.
To obtain free entry for the carer on the day of your visit, you will need to present one of the following forms of documentation at the gate:
• Allowance Book or Letter confirming Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance (DLA), or Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
• Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
• Incapacity Benefit books or confirmation letter
• Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI) or BD8

THE RULES BELOW REFER TO THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS: HORTICULTURE, FLORAL ART, HANDICRAFT, HOME CRAFT, ART, PHOTOGRAPHIC AND CHILDREN’S SECTION.
It is a condition of entry that all exhibits are staged for two days.
Staging of exhibits may take place from 5.30pm. to 9.00pm. on the 17thJuly
2026 and from 7.00am to 8.15am on the 18th July 2026.
Judging will commence at 8.30am
Exhibits may be removed from 5.00pm. on the 19thJuly 2025.
Presentation of Trophies in Food Theatre @4pm Sunday 19th July.
No vehicle movement on Showground before 5.30pm.
All specimens must be the bona fide production of the exhibitor, except in the children’s/junior floral art classes.
ALL CARS MUST BE OFF THE SHOWGROUND BY 9.00am ON THE 18th JULY 2026.
